This site was developed on the premise that sometimes the best way for NSSA-NSCA member clubs to learn about club management issues is from one another. Whether yours is a small or large club, commercial or private, you have something to contribute to other clubs and something to learn from others. We have created this site to serve as a positive and constructive environment for clubs to seek assistance and share ideas.
To ensure that purpose is fulfilled, we have developed the following policies:
Use of the forums is open only to NSSA-NSCA member clubs (officers, managers, and authorized staff) and headquarters staff.
All users must register and be approved as a user before participating.
Users must use their real names and will be identified by their name and club.
Users are encouraged to ask questions, post responses to others’ questions, help one another solve problems, recommend best practices, equipment, and vendors, and interact in a helpful and positive manner.
No bullying, insults, demeaning language, profanity, or other material that detracts from a positive, encouraging environment will be tolerated. Anyone violating this policy will be given one warning and their offending post deleted. Any future violations will result in the person’s user privileges being permanently revoked, without exception.
Use of this site is a privilege, not a right of any club or user. If site administration feels that any user’s behavior is detracting from a positive environment, impeding the site’s use by other users, intimidating other users, or discouraging other users from participating, the offending user’s privileges will be permanently revoked.
This site will not be a venue for participants to vent, complain, or discourage pleasant conversation. Your comments and complaints are always welcomed, but we ask that you direct them by email to the appropriate headquarters staff.
NSSA-NSCA headquarters staff will be available to answer questions of general interest, with application to the broader club community. Users with individualized questions about a specific club matter are encouraged to contact the appropriate staff person by email or phone. Such questions will not be answered on the forum except to refer the user to the appropriate staff for one-on-one assistance.
